Dedicated to mental health care, this module teaches caregivers about understanding mental health disorders, effective communication with clients, crisis management strategies, and promoting mental health stability and wellness. ​ Requirement:  A computer with audio/video capability is required; mobile devices are not recommended. ​ Additional Notes: The course includes 8 hours of Zoom sessions. All training materials, including manuals and guides, will be provided electronically prior to the start of the course. Live Q&A sessions are available during the Zoom classes to address any questions or concerns in real-time. Participants are encouraged to engage in discussions and activities to enhance their learning experience. ​ Examination and Certification: At the end of the course, on the same day, you will take an exam. You must score 80% or higher to pass the exam and receive a certificate. Once you pass the exam, the DSHS-approved certificate will be emailed to you the same day.
